Just say no

I signed up for FIOS. The installation tech didn't show at first OR second appointment. I had to use 2 sick days. After holding on the phone for an hour and 44 minutes I stupidly let them book a third installation appointment. This one went well as a supervisor completed it. Then I was blocked out from My Verizon internet site. Was overbilled by $64 on my first bill. Held on phone for 2 hours to try to get this cleared. Got $54 charge removed but they are charging my $10 more a month for the triple play. For a year this will be $120. Rude service reps. Don't know what the lesser of two evils will be - stay with Verizon or switch to Time Warner.
