Verizon Corporate is lying to the consumer and to their online employees. They know everything about the slowness of the website. However, they are refusing to update the consumer and online services so that service can be more helpful. I was told this by a supervisor whose boss is in constant contact with Verizon Corporate. Corporate wants to wait 1 year or so before they restore the website, if they ever do at that. If you want reliable service I would get another ISP!
