Verizon billing triple play

I have been a customer for 3 years and have had the very worst time trying to get proper billing and tech support. This company should have lots of lawsuits and no business. idiot responses from the highest support levels to the lowest. My billing is all over the place and tech support is zero. I'm at the end of the trail with this losing company. I do hope that Verizon fails to sign up any new business and it dries up and dies. JOHN
