another victim

after my years fios contract was up my bill almost doubled with no explanation of the additional charges. after two months of inflated bills I called to have my service disconnected and it didn't happen so I called again and was told the work order hadn't gone through and was billed right through and just recieved another bill and still no sign of being heard. called the other day and after talking to a "supervisor" he supposedly knocked off approx.$100 of the hundreds of bogus fees they have stolen from me previously.
