Crooks

I decided to get another phone and line for business and received the phone and one month the bill came but it was wrong. They had billed my private line on the business phone. I called and they reluctant to fix it. They sent out another bill but in the meantime, re-billed the personal phonme on the business line. I told them to cancel the business line since we were now into this for over two months. They told me to pay the bill and I explained that I didn't have a bill that indeed they had made a mistake. They told me that I was wrong and to pay the bill and I refused. A year went by and of course they added late fees to this fictious bill until it went all the way to over $1,000 for a bill that they said was $220 witch in fact was not even a bill at all. They screwed up my credit.
I WOULDN'T GET SERVICE FROM THESE POMPASS ASSES IF THEY WERE THE ONLY WIRELESS COMPANY. I WOULD RATHER USE A PHONE BOOTH. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you mean billed your business to your residential account? They wouldn't or couldn't seperate the two?

Even if they billed the wrong account were any of the charges correct including any hook up or activation fees?
