Verizon is not competetive enough to meet their Customer Demands.

Verizon customer service process is horrible. I had to make 26 phone calls and I had used a whole work week to understand what was wrong with my bill. I called every day at 8 am and entirely spent until 12-1 pm calling the customer svc line time to time. Because they keep transferring and the next person who answers the phone have no idea what I am talking about. They keep transfering to the same department repeatedly. You have to talk to billing, hold, you have to talk to customer service, I don't know what is wrong with your bill, I can't help you, hold. Then I hear again "Thank you for calling Verizon". Horrible to the point where I couldn't stop my tears when I talked to one of the reps, I was that frustrated that no one could help me.

This is a fast growing company I beleive, but I would really like to see a strong competitor grow beyond Verizon. Verizon has horrible customer service I will never ever use Verizon. If there is no other option I would use verizon because most of us can't live without internet service. But I would be very careful to get the only service I need. I would not bundle up my phone, internet and cable because they can't keep up with our needs. But my only hope is that Someone Please....... bring up the Internet market and go boyond what Verizon can offer. Give great prices, enlarge your service area. Don't let Verizon grow. Managementat Verizon either have to learn how to increase the qualify of their service otherwise I really hope this company go brankrupt.

Verizon already grew being they're one of the original cry baby bells that merged several times over the decades inching closer and closer to their old ma bell monopoly days. That's where the arrogance comes in.
