Regular BS

Cracked phone screen, insurance wouldn't cover it. $100 for replacement. I wanted out of the contract, which was to end June last summer, but that was almost $300. Got a replacement, waited for June. Received zero notices about my contract ending, forgot about it because life is more important than a phone contract, and found myself in a new contract cycle when I checked in July. I have not signed a single form for this contract, year I'm locked in again. Going to pay more attention next time around, but wow is that a big F-U to the face or what.
