Unexplained charges!!

WOW!! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who does not like verizon. I'm getting charged and extra 20 a month for services I didn't order and don't have. I called the very first month to have it taken care of. Got credited for that. Great. Should have been the end of the problem. Get my next bill, same f-ing problem. More charges for the same things that I didn't order and don't have. Called again. Mush mouth said she would take care of it but it would take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on my account. Bullshit if you ask me. Great. Was hoping problem solved this time around. Needless to say I was borderline belligerent this time around. Here I am again, same charges, only a partial credit for services not ordered or received, and now I'm extremely angry. Talked to a lady, got put on hold for half and hour. Finally, I hung up. Called back, I get ma'am, it takes 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your account. Shouldn't it be f-ing gone by now? I want a full refund for crap I never ordered. There website is extremely slow too. Makes me wanna pay more for service and switch to comcast.

Ask for documentation of a contract you signed or a recorded phone call saying you authorized those services. Make sure there are no charges or rate increases that kick in after a certain date on your original contract or offer. It sounds like they are cramming charges on your bill.

Ask to speak to a supervisor, if they can't correct it inform your state utility regulators and the Federal Communications Commission(FCC).

Document every contact with Verizon including names, dates, case file numbers etc.

Isn't great how a communication/internet/technology giant can't get their billing to update itself immediately?

And the long holds & snotty people & disconnected calls at Verzion are standard stuff. Happens everytime I call. No such thing as a quick call for a simple problem to them
