| Verizon Insurance Policy |
I recently bought a verizon phone and decided to get insurance. I was told that if my phone breaks I could bring it in and get a new one.
Yesterday my phone broke. I took it in to the verizon office and they said that they had changed their insurance policy and that now I have to call a phone number to get a new phone.
Only one problem: MY PHONE IS FUCKING BROKEN. HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO CALL IN?!?!?
However, they did offer to sell me a new phone and I asked for the cheapest one they had. The cheapest one was a piece of shit phone that they were selling for $160.

| 03/27/11 | 11:00AM | Be glad they had a phone for 160$ because when I went to Verizon Wireless store looking for replacement battery for my Verizon phone they told me it was a special order battery and a similar phone would be about 250$. That in addition to used car lot sales pitch for a new phone & contract-"oh try for free for 30 days", " your an idiot because you don't want something for free" blah blah blah
