Customer Service useless; makes DMV look awesome!

Additional charges on bill, CS rep continued to "explain" to me that those were "access fees" when I stated 2 of the lines were inactive, he kindly informed me that there is still a fee to access. In addition to the fee for service, data, phone plan, etc. A bill with 2 lines and a tablet which is not used is now over $200/mo. I requested the tablet be cancelled (contract date up in 10 days) he kindly informed me that I had to call back on that day! Well.......BLESS HIS HEART!
For anyone North of the Mason-Dixon line, just add the F's.
