Service is non-existent. Bad, bad, bad.

I just signed up for FIOS, then for wireless.

I cannot reach their tech service for either service. Period!

I now may pull the plug on it all.
Service is non-existent. Bad, bad, bad.

It is indescribably useless.

As I write this, I am still waiting on hold to get an answer on their "help" line. Now 30+ minutes and counting...

I think they are hopeless.
