Former Verizon customer

Had Verizon for many years started to see billing errors and very poor customer service over the phone decided to leave them for T-Mobile. Made sure to pay off phones and accounts before leaving was told I had a zero balance on my account when I left. That was five months ago just got an email last week from Verizon asking for 200$ They say it is for two months of service I never paid for. Leaving this company was a great decision my bill is At least 40% cheaper each month and I don't have to fight their automated system so that I can get in touch with someone who doesn't know how to help me and then gets frustrated and hangs up this has happened a few times.

Long story short Verizon is a poorly managed company and I'm glad I left not just for the money but to get away from stressful experiences dealing with that company.
