No DSL 10 days plus

DSL went down 10 days ago. 4 calls to support totaling 7 hours. Technician was suppose to come today. Have waited 12 and half hours no on and no word. Have been on hold for 45 minutes to ask if anyone is ever going to fix this. I can't work without internet and I couldn't even go get it today because I've been waiting for the tech that has never shown up.

I hate being Verizon's customer. Such a poor way to treat customers.
