Phone blocked for fraud

Just arrived at the airport and my phone reads no service. I tried texting my family to tell them I am home. The text came back undelivered. Tried calling, still nothing - no service. Rebooted, no change. I could receive texts from my family they were getting to my phone about a half hour after my family sent them. It took me 2 hours to get my luggage and flag them down at the pickup spot. I used my wife's phone to call Verizon and after another two hours found that Verizon had blocked my phone for possible fraud activity. They said that because I did not use country codes when dialing in Canada that my calls appeared to be going to Russia and China. They said they would remove the fraud block and that it may take up to a half hour for my phone to start working again. The next day it was still not working. I had to go to the store the manager had said she never heard of that. It took her an hour to finally get the phone working again and I had to reconfigure the phone again. I lost the background picture and ring tone. I was given a 30 dollar credit but I said that this was not enough for my troubles. After being with Verizon Wireless for 12 years I am moving on.
