Long Time Customer - Ripped Off - Customer No More

Purchased four phones last year on a promotion that was buy one get one free. Had to pay for all at once but told the refund/rebate checks would come in the mail for two within eight week. When they did not returned and let them know. Was told to wait longer ad Samsung was backed up on paying out. After again not getting them returned and was told by the Verizon staff they would follow up and fix it. Still nothing after more weeks returned and was again told to be patient, they would check on it. Well it was almost 10 months at this point. Next visit were told we were suppose to have requested the refund/rebate online. Well none of the fours of us there at the purchase heard that ever and we would have if at any time been told that was needed. Verizon staff said now to late to apply- sorry! Well out the $1400 have to figure someone else maybe pocketed the funds. Verizon offered no help at all at this point. After 20 years with them we are done.

Me too I\'m just going back to them already regret I\'m changing crappy phone they set me up in unhappy W piece crap 1st day. 14 days. Return. Holy cow it\'s nightmare already..4th trip this morn...waste of money time to..steer clear.
