liar liar pants on fire!!

Real simple, I requested over 2 years ago not just one time but several times to have to accounts removed from my billing but was never removed. All they ever said is....yes we see it but it was never taking off?? I requested to be reimbursed and after 2 1/2 years last month April 2017 an Associate and her Supervisor finally rebated me $240 I agreed to. May 2017 they said No we cant do that now?? No explanations, NO reasons...Just no. You tell your customer that you will reimburse charges that I should have never been charged and then say a month later that No, we did not rebate you the $240 but we will rebate you $100. VERIZON WIRELESS IS BECOME A CORPORATE BULLY. THEY FEEL THEY CAN DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO ANYONE AND THEN CHANGE WHENEVER THEY WANT TO. THEY TOLD ME A BARE FACE LIE AND THEN LIED AGAIN TO COVER THEIR FIRST LIE. THEY HAVE STOLE MONEY FROM ME BUT BLAME ME BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY COULD NOT SEE PREVIOUS NOTES...LMAO...VERIZON
WIRELESS IS A SCAM AND A CORPORATED BULLY, IF THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS TODAY WOULD MAKE ME HAPPY,...I HATE THEM, VERY UNSATISFIED 15 YEAR FAITHFUL CUSTOMER! I HATE THEM AND WISHED I COULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT IM TIED IN FOR 2 YEARS.....
I HATE VERIZON!!
