Lies lies lies...

Saying they will correct charges...only cost gets higher ...putting on hold...transferring your calls so you have to repeat over and over till they tell you they will fix only to find out they don't ...saying they bring to manager ...disconnecting you...leaving you on hold...Avoiding a direct answer to any questions and talking about costs on your bill that are not what your calling about..(.example 300 bill but the 5.00 credit)
I cannot believe no one has sued them!!!what company can charge whatever they want? Hire liars? Can you imagine being so desperate for a job that you would knowingly do this?
