They screw up even the new accounts!

I just WASTED 5+ hours trying to set up a new Verizon account. The only thing wrong was a slight mistake on the shipping address.... WOW!!!!! When I called to get the address straightened out it unraveled a slew of people including FRAUD Dept. Sending me from 1 person to another without any warning. Then hours of texting because I'm at work and don't have the luxury of stopping what I'm doing to answer the same questions over and over again. I thought T-Mobil was bad! Man, compared to these people, they are saints! I think I'll stick to what I know and put up with T-mobile for a few more years. At least there I have recognition for being an 8+ year customer.
