A couple of months ago, I went into a local Utah Verizon store to get an Apple iPhone 7. The store employees upsold me some Beats headphones, assuring me this was a great deal because there was a $50 rebate for such a purchase.
I promptly filed for the rebate, scanning and emailing the relevant documents, but the rebate was denied. Then the Beats headphones stopped working -- they won't accept a recharge through the official Beats charge power cord.

Today I went in to the same Verizon store, had to wait almost an hour, got almost no help. The store was almost empty -- but still the Long wait! Verizon said that after just Fourteen days, the headphones could not be returned.! They could not or would not process the rebate There!

What a joke Verizon is! I'll be switching my family's plan for 4 phones away from Verizon just as soon as possible. Haven't had such a bad "Cust Service" experience in mAny years.

Well.. you only get a 14 day return policy. You do get one year mfgt warranty from the company who actually makes the device... beats.. so contact them to replace your beats.. simple....
