Unethical and Heartless postscript

I wrote about premium channels I asked to be removed, but was still charged for months... Supervisor says he can't credit me for them because he can't verify I didn't actually watch those channels. Seriously? He admitted he could see where a service change was made, but I should have followed up. So, for the third time today, their mistake has been put on me. I'm going to have a panic attack.
