Couldnít have been worse!!

Iím a retired employee of Verizon! They are equal opportunity, will screw anyone. Firstly, I was given 3 different monthly bill amounts. After many calls nobody could give me a definite answer. Went ahead with installation, having no idea things could go so wrong. Tech left, internet not working, TV guide menus not working, Netgear router signal booster not working and totally separate from any other equipment is a security system with 6 cameras. One camera was not working after installation. Iím so disgusted I disconnected everything myself and reconnected Comcast. Guess if I want my equipment to work Iíll have to pay top dollar to Comcast. Nothing else available here.

I can understand your feelings. The same as mine. After many years of hardworking and they just flick their finger to kick me out.
