Auto-pay

Called their Customer NO-SERVICE Line. Because of their INCOMPETENCE it took more than an HOUR to set up Auto-Pay. I asked for a Complaint number. Was told they could give me an address to write to. It is Obvious they DON'T care about their Customers. I recently made a mistake & signed a 2-year contract. When it is up, I WILL be moving to another company that does not have such SORRY SERVICE!
