I have contacted Verizon at least 40 times regarding bad reception in my home and there were excuses from cruise ships entering the port near by to plant foliage outside. My horrible to at times non-existent internet service has now transitioned to my cell phone as well. My neighbor already dropped Verizon. Is there any way to make Verizon do something about this or do I need to just bite the bullet too and change to another service provider?
