Ten hours of high blood pressure

I needed to change my daughter's carrier from US cellular to Verizon when she went away to college as there was poor reception with US Cellular on campus. It has taken me over 10 hours on the phone and in person with their representatives, to switch her carrier and her phone still doesn't work!! Everyone that has helped me has been polite, but everyone has made huge mistakes, which take time and energy to undo. In addition, they tried to charge me 120.00$ for her phone bill when her phone wasn't even activated yet! The rep "accidentally activated" it and they couldn't remove the charge. Honestly, I don't know how they are in business, if there was another option I would definitely NEVER use Verizon again. The reps are all imbeciles, although nice and polite imbeciles. It is truly absurd. I am sure this is not the first time someone has changed their carrier to Verizon. Why is it so difficult? I HATE VERIZON!
