Verizon sucks for sure

They will not honor their promise's, they will waist your time and money, no loyalty, think I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I have been a business customer of Verizon for many years, and company has 15 devices. Not uncommon to have a $ 600 bill.

Have made a couple appointments to meet account manager and wasted whole day waiting for them, and couldn't even get a call when they would not show up.

Went to store and purchased another new device and told the access fee was $ 5 a month, didn't get to see the details of the purchase....later after receiving an email, I'm now told the access fee will be $ 10. Tried calling the store to find out why it was different but could only get someone from another location. told nothing they could do except have me waist more time and return the device.
