Documents and pix held hostage

So 3 months into my brand new S8I have issues with low in call volume after talking to Tech Support they admitted that they have badd hardware. Reluctantly I had to accept a phone that may be remanufactured to replace my defective hardware. Now, when I go to set up my new phone they want to charge me to give me my contacts in pictures back as well as documents

Next time, remember to back up! Anyways, what Verizon did is still wrong. Your phone broke, you got it replaced through them, they should help you set up the new phone
