Lied to by rep

A rep flat out lied to me when I called earlier today to make sure I wouldn't run into any issues when trying to order ppv( there was previously a block on my account due past due balance) haven't had any issues with payments in quite sometime but never had a reason to have the block removed until today. Called in and they told me they see no issues in their side and I should be all set. Go to order it when my house is full of guest AND OF COURSE The block was still on my account. Called in and they told me I can't order ppv because I don't have "points". Embarrassing and aggravating to say th least.

Sadly most Verizon reps seem to like no matter what. It\'s not worth dealing with Verizon
