The thing that would twist the knife in all of your back

I think the thing that would twist the knife in all of your backs is the occasional simple upgrades or name changes on account a few of you have done. I know there's a one or two of you who figured this was a simple switch. Really it is. But you're told the service will be down for a day. It doesn't make sense. Later you might find out your account # changed. What happened was the sales rep cancelled your account and set up a brand new one. In doing it this way the new order has to be put in for the next day. Hence the one day your service is down. That sales rep then gets a large commission for the new sale. And do you think they go tell someone they did this? Do you think there is any integrity?
