3G connection problems poor Customer Service!

I called today twice due to my 3G connection dropping whenever the heck it wanted to. The first 5 people I talked to where very nice, however, when I got to the 2nd internal rep, I was told that my phone is out of warranty, which it wasn't and that I needed to just pretend the problem wasn't there or purchase a new phone.

Where exactly are you using your phone? The biggest factor in cell coverage is coverage is geography since the technology operates off of line of sight to radio towers.
