The BBB does NOT get involved with phone companies.........................
They are regulated by the states/feds.
You need to write/call your state PUC or the FCC

NOT the BBB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And Verizon does SUCK big time. I used to work for them until I retired. Find another carrier. Verizon could,nt care less about its cutomers.
