nothing but pain II

I did successfully pursue verizon thru the AG office and got $800 dropped off my bill. My strategy has always been either no contract, buy my phone or just keep using old ones but my son went in and got a new phone" free" with a 2 yr aand now the BS is continual. Shut off 2 days in a row complete with reconnect fees, now cash only because of an incorrect account nmbr. Weekly phone calls and incorrect payment agreements. 229 a month for 2 cell phones with no apology, no coherent explanation, every month different bs. I'm almost out of my contract, my son can deal with their crap. I'm going to straight talk
