class action suit

I would love to hear from a lawyer that would sue Verizon, If they gave people the service that they pay for there would be no need of a contract, Verizons idea of a contract is " we have them for 2 years,screw'em,i bought a Voyager Titanium, one of the best phones ever made,i didn't buy it from them, and i won't sign a new contract, they will not give me the data package,a 3 year old phone that is " too old ", I'm told, if it wasn't activated with a data package on March 25 2011 when an update came out it can never get it again,HOW'S THAT FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ? The FCC should get involved, any lawyer or law firm reading this,reply with a way of reaching you, i'll start a class action suit,

Just like you said start with a letter to the Federal Communications Commission or FCC. Address found online. I would also write letters to the state utility regulators and/or even the Better Business Bureau(not regulators but you can make Verizon a statistic for poor business practices)
