Really Shi**y service

Really shi**y phone service matched by sh**ty customer service. I just cancelled. I have used other providers in other states and have never faced such problems. I just wonder how people continue to use their service.

For their billing mistakes-you end up spending hours on phone with them. After being routed through several people-each one of whom need you to explain them the story all over-they admit the mistake but fail to correct it.
Thereafter they disconnect the phone. When you call, you get routed from department to department, listen to different versions of why this happened without getting any resolution.

Its not worth the frustration they cause.
