A Loyal Customer No More!

I've been a loyal customer (mostly because they reeled me in like a fish) for 2 years to this company. I received a call when my 2 year contract was about up that "Thanked" me for being such a great customer and that they wanted to upgrade my wireless internet to 4G. Knowing that I had a 30 day return policy (NOT!) I tried it out and found that it kept dropping the signal. I called them 23 days in to tell them that I was going to return the device when they told me that they had JUST changed their policy in July to a 14 day return. I begged, pleaded, threatened and cried to be put back on my 3G device. They said okay, pay 250 extra and we'll put you back on but that I would now be on another 2 year contract. I offered to return the device, they didn't want that. They would not work with me at all. Horrible customer service to a "GREAT CUSTOMER". I'm cutting my losses. It's ALL a racket, and VERIZON is a major player.
