| The thieves, at Verizon |
I tried Verizon wireless internet, because they assured me that thier service was better than "Clear" wireless internet. I took their wireless modem home, plugged it in, and wasn't able to receive a signal! Verizon had lied to me, so I immediately took the modem back to them. They kept $35.00, for my having used the modem. This is out and out theft! I contacted their customer service, by phone, and was assured that my money would be returned to me.
