Verizon does NOT have your back!

This company thrives on overages. They make no effort to alert you to overages and refuse to roll back a statement to remove overages. My contract ends in a few days and I will never go back to them. HORRIBLE COMPANY! STAY AWAY! THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR BILLING. I am going with T Mobile who has a reasonable plan with unlimited everything. At least I won't have overages ever again. I sincerely hope Verizon goes down in flames.

OK well I just got off the phone and the rep rolled back the overages from the prior statement. This was AFTER I told her I had been reading sites online about how horrible Verizon is!

Try that as a strategy when you call them. Tell them you've seen a lot of websites with angry reviews of Verizon. Maybe they'll relent when they hear that news.

I hope you follow thru with your own best advice. Don't keep kicking the v-zon can down the road. Don't let any of their rep's sweet talk you to continue on. Get out and follow your instincts. TWLTY...(they will lie to you!)

We'll see if the charges are actually removed....

Im sure thay made you renew your contract first.. Then thay "droped" the charges.
Next month, check your bill, 95% the charges will stil be there. When you call back thay will give every excuse in the book why it couldent go through.

BUT you will stil be stuck in the contract!
