Going in circles

I was charged an extra $30.00 for services I never ordered. I called them - there was no other way to resolve the problem. So when I punched in my account number, the automated voice said she couldn't identify it...strange - they issued it to me, never the less, I was put on hold to speak to a human being. I was put on hold for at least ten minutes then got a woman who told me that she didn't deal with the issue I called about & didn't deal with customers from Maryland. To make a long story short, I was transferred around to several representatives, all of whom had poor phone reception (ironic!!!!). At one point one of them connected me with a computer help desk guy, who hung up on me. It took a long time to get the issue resolved with too much frustration!
