Mine is probably not specail

Every month, the bill for FIOS (internet, TV and phone) is different. It takes 1/2 hour to speak to anyone. Then, they are closed. It takes SOOO long to speak w/someone and they charge $30 to "reinstate" your service if they decide to cut you off. Comcast did not do this to me. DON'T FALL FOR FIOS!
