Update

Original post was are you kidding me... no one seemed to think this story was all that outrageous. I called to finally end business with them when my contract was up because i wanted to avoid the termination fee. They offered to credit my account the 15 dollars they wrongfully charged me to keep me as a customer... Pisses me off. I called 3 times inside of my contract trying to get the fee removed and they wouldn't do it. The moment my contract is gone the lies stop and they are willing to refund me the money they stole... fantastic.

From the reply to my story i gather i wasn't clear enough. I was charged a disconnect fee(taxes were on top of that for some reason) after a their collection called and made sure i was going to pay my bill. I was free-lance working so i didn't know when the money would come in and i told them that, but i would, "certainly pay the bill" is what i told them "I just dont know when" But they disconnected my phone anyway... Called trying to get disconnect removed and they lied and told me there was nothing they could do about it at all... Anyway. Keep on keeping on people! I'm finally done with them.
