Verizon is the worst nightmare

had triple package from Verizon for TV, Internet and telephone. They made two separate bill for me and did not charge what I signed up. I made phone call every month to correct billing issue and for last 10 months, they still not corrected. I finally discontinued service and not they created 3 bills. Whenever I call customer service, they only know about 1 bill but not all three. It is impossible for me to clean up the bill with them. Not only that, they sent my bill to collection agency. They are the worst nightmare in my life. Can any one help me how to deal with impossible verizon?

Take your complaint to the Public Service Comission. I suggest you write a letter of complaint against the company, or send a e-mail listing your complaint.

They created multiple accounts for me as well! It took me a while to even figure it out! Then they sent a collection agency after me for a fee that I should never have even owed (I cancelled after 1 day). I have called several times to straighten things out, but it never works. I just received another letter from the collection agency!!! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Ridiculous!
