Never sign a contract with verizon

Customer service sucks. Once you sign that contract they could care less about you as a customer. They will do whatever necessary to keep you as a customer as long as it doesn't involve them accepting any responsibility. Talked to 4 reps regarding available options to avoid exceeding my allotted minutes and all I got was set a reminder to check your minutes. Finally, representative number 5, I said there has to be some way to be notified if I'm on the precipice of going over and sure enough. You would think Verizon would be alarmed when customers are using double their allotted minutes. Not the case Verizon just sees dollar signs

it's not verizon's responsibility to keep track of your minute usage, it's yours. It takes 3 seconds to do.
