| Verizon, you should be ashamed of yourselves |
This very minute, i have been on hold with verizon residential for 32 min and 48 seconds. Wow! Who does that? Anyway, as usual i am having problems with my direct tv thru verizon. It just doesnt work! I called verizon, they tell me to call direct tv. I call direct tv they tell me to call verizon. Outrageous
For a company that made 7 billion dollars last year, yes billion, they sure suck at customer service. The sales rep who stole me from time warner blatently lied about price and verizon pretty much laughs at me. Counting the days until my early termination fees are up......

THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME 44.99. I asked them to put me on Autopay when I signed up so I did and they have not been taking it out. I called every month to ask and they kept saying don't worry, don't worry.... you're on autopay... Now four months later they told me I haven't paid and they cut our service off.... WHY DO YOU THINK I WAS CALLING?? I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PAY!!!! They tacked on random charges, such as Anti-Virus and some gaming charge for 20.00 bucks! They are insane..... How is this legal? How are they still in business? I EFFING HATE VERIZON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
