Issue of verizon not bringing DSL to your area

There are reasons for this
the main one is there arent enough people in your area who have applied for dsl. To make it economically feesable to build equipment in your area.
I wonder What state you live in. Some states have legislature in place stating if enough people fill out a certain form. Law states the ILEC of that area which may be verizon. has to build the equipment within a certain ammount of time. These laws are usually enforced when business's need dsl for their practices. The ever unpopular VBTS signing out.
