$800.00 Home phone bill

I have the freedom packeg with them at the cost of about$60 plus tax. In october last year 2006 they send me a bill of $900.00 for my home phone bill, when I call them it took me about 2 hours on the phone to resolved the issue and later told me there was a modem hijack in my system so they took out the charges and I was left with my original bill $60.00 and on november they send me a again a bill of $700.00 I call them to resolve the issue few days, my phone service was cut I only left with the basic when I try to call them the line is showing busy but I will fight this.
