Screw Verizon

I've had Verizon for internet service for over 2 years. In this amount of time i've moved three times, since I have direct billing I never get a statement in the mail or really paid attention to what they were billing me. I just found out two weeks ago that everytime I moved they started new service at the new adresses rather that transfering... so I have three active accounts when I have never used any more than one. When I call Im told by the friendly rep, "Hate to say its not our problem... but it isn't." So even though I have cancelled all of my accounts I look at my bank statement online and I'm still being charged for two of the accounts at adresses that I haven't been living in over a year.

Time wasted so far: 7 hours on the phone
Over charged: Just over $400
