Customer Service Rep Lied to me

My phone had been broken and I called Verizon to see when my contract was over, and Sophia told me it was over on October 20, 2011 on October 6. Since my contract was about to end, and I had been tired of the Verizon run around, I decided I wanted to jump ship to Sprint (unlimited data). I ordered my Iphone sprint because I figured we would take a couple of days to get it. I called Verizon today (October 17) because I wanted to pay my bill and the a asshole rep told me my contract was over in February!! So the first rep LIED!! This is Bullshit. I was obviously angry on the 6 because I have been paying for services I can't even use because of the bullshit phone and they straight out lied to me. Now I have to pay $160 early termination fee for each line!! All because of a lie!! These people obviously have no shame!! My whole extended family is with Verizon, but I know that after this, i will convince everyone I know to drop verizon.
