The ability of their salespeople to lie

A few months ago I decided to get an Iphone on Verizon. The salesperson asked if i would like to pay 130 dollars for what he said and i quote "Ya itll cover everything no questions asked". Well after paying over 150 dollars a month for bullshit service my house getting little to no service despite it being right in the middle of a green zone, for 6 months my iphone was stollen. I asked the store and the same guy told me it would be another 250 dollars to replace it. I was browsing in the store looking at other models when he made the same sale to another woman with her child saying and i quote "yes mam, this will cover absolutely everything no questions asked.

Are you referring to the insurance deductable? Are you not familiar with this term? In your complaint about your wireless provider, you have only exposed your own ignorance.
