CROOKS!!!

I ordered Verizon services in March. I wanted triple package. They were unable to combine my home phone, internet, and cell phone (even though my cell provider is Verizon as well). So I said I just want internet services. They have been charging my credit card $130 - $140 every month when it should only be $50. I call every month and they say they correct it and give me a confirmation number. Last month when we spoke on the phone; they said they would refund me back to April and I told them they DO NOT have permission to charge my card any more. They charged my card this month, only $51 this time, but, instead of my refund I was charged on a card they NO LONGER had permission to charge. To make matters worse, I didn't have enough in my account to cover so my bank charged my $19. So as well as a refund, they now owe me an additional $19. When I call them now, they pass me from department to department, They never ask for any confirmation numbers and when I offer one they don't want it (beginning to think their a hoax and Verizon is a bunch of crooks) when I ask for a manager they are all "busy". I'm at a loss, is there any legal action I can take... I am being robbed!!!!
