| longest. hold. time. ever. |
i called verizon customer service tonight and asked the computer to speak to an operator. it put me on hold. i have now been on hold, according to my phone, for 6 hours and 41 minutes. i'm not kidding. i just wanted to see how long it would go after it got to 30 minutes. my fiance and i went out to dinner and to watch a football game. we came back and the annoying hold music is still playing. this is ridiculous.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 582814 |
