Enhancements not tested

where to begin - do you have the new look on fios? I'm going blind trying to read the guide font. How about the LED light on the front of the box! It lights the entire bedroom. I have to put a cover on it every night so there isn't light in my eyes as I try to sleep.
The guide freezes, records crap I never even set up and records shows in 3 segments, ie. 12.33min, 5.24min, 12.03mins - for 1 30 min show.
It's crap. and I don't understand how a R&D group didn't see how bright the LED was on the box! For so much enhancement you would think they would have a dimmer like my $5 alarm clock has.

I have issue with my cell phone too. Which I will do more investigation before I "complain", but I can't see why this company has errors with it's key market enhancements, ie, programming, dvr and appeal. It's crap and I will be switching hopefully sooner than later.

It may only be the box causing the issues. Call and ask them to replace it and see if that fixes the problem.
